Morris and his management team have also received thumbs up from a few companies who believe the idea has potential.
So far, investors who have joined Party For a Cause include City Rock Entertainment, Scoop Martian and Professional Party People.
The first staging of Party For a Cause will be hosted in February of 2014, with a follow up in March.
Party For a Cause will be first exposed to the Negril party enthusiasts followed by Kingston, Jamaica.
The series will then grace international waters though instalments in Toronto and Montreal, Canada, New York, Miami and Jamaica in the United States, in Europe and in Africa.
Performances from at least two established reggae/dancehall artistes are a feature of the event, which will also include an aspiring talent from the community where the event is being hosted.
A variety of local and international disc jockeys will also be featured during the series. Proceeds from both Negril and Kingston's events will go to the Maxfield Park Children's Home and Morris' alma materPortsmouth Primary School.
According to Morris' publicist Malaika, the producer/organiser of the Party For a Cause charity event is blessed with opportunities, therefore the move to give to charity is a positive one.
"This charity is of the most importance, especially to children since they are the foundation of life and society. We all have a social responsibility to help those less fortunate than us. Notnice has been blessed with opportunities, therefore, he understands that he must pay it forward. Music has given him the chance to take care of his son and family, therefore, he is using the same medium to give back. 'For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required. - Luke 12:48'," Malaika told The Gleaner.
Notnice has worked with several artistes, including Jahvinci and Popcaan. He has also produced several albums for other local artistes.
