Your missing my point entirely. What other Dancehall artist do you know is more creative, innovative and influence in Dancehall than Kartel? Name at least one. And yes you're right. You don't have to be creative to be successful in Dancehall. All you need is hype, fruity loops and stolen Timberland beats to be big as Stephen. Year and Busy is much, much more versitile than Kartel... with other peoples songs, not his.

You kidding me? Lately I don't know the difference between Elephant man and Busy Signal. With Busy the ORIGINALITY isn't there anymore. All of Busy signals hits are big, big cheap rip offs from old hits songs and/ lyrics.... Yes Kartel is repetitive, is ugly, is evil, is crazy, is bleaching, is a pain in the butt to dancehall fans. But guess what???? He's still here, making hit's, always changing he's own UNIQUE STYLE and still out classes all other DJ's whether you like it or not. And who said that I'm a fan of Kartel? It's just basic common sense, which is uncommonly rear for some people here.

i wasnt talking about his hits or whatever u call his hits, but about specific tunes, that clarify whats my understanding of creativity and versatility. busy made a couple of cover tunes, when he parted from vp so whats the big deal?

common sense would be to make an objective judgement. for example: i personally like many of mavado's tunes, but i still admit that he is repetitive and unoriginal just like kartel or most of the others.

he still maintains his image wheter or not the riddim shot....he makes his own riddims...so what he gon do? pay him self? when ele or vado voice singles on his riddim..they have to pay him for that...so songs like nine live...vado pays him to build the riddim...so money stilll haffi mek..thats why the singles stand out more than the riddim...thats the money shot
