Police in Capitola California say a man in his 40s or 50s entered a bank and demanded a teller hand over all the $20's and $100's. The teller refused which led to the man jumping over the counter and taking an undetermined amount of cash. The man snatched the cash and then fled onto the street where witnesses told police he started offering people $1,000 for a ride to Santa Cruz. The man has not been captured...
