DOZENSof Barbados Labour Party (BLP) faithfuls made the trek to Parliament yesterday for the first sitting after the summer recess and most of them had eyes only for a rejuvenated Owen Arthur.
Reassigned by a majority vote from his parliamentary colleagues to the leadership of the Opposition, Arthur arrived right on time for the 10 a.m. start of the Lower House.
