One of Dancehall's number one divas wants her fans to celebrate her birthday party with her this Friday night, even if they have to 'screechie' out of the house to be there.
Spice, known for a plethora of songs including the hits Fight Ova Man, Rampin' Shop, Slim vs Fluffy and more recently Jim Screechie, will be ringing in her birthday at her '8 Ball' Bar & Lounge, above Genus Pharmacy, Bayside, Portmore. The lounge which was opened last month has seen a steady flow of young persons and Spice wants to keep it as such.
"I want the lounge to continue to reflect my personality and that of my fans. It's a fun, hip place for persons to come out and lyme and I decided for my birthday party, why not just have it there for my fans to come and have some fun with me and the other artistes who will be there. There will be lots of food, drinks, games and all that there, so everyone come on out Friday at 7 p.m.," said Spice, whose correct name is Grace Hamilton.
In addition to making her birthday plans, Spice has been busy promoting her new single, Jim Screechie in addition to doing interviews both locally and overseas, namely with the Trinidad Guardian, where she appeared last week discussing life, motherhood, business plans and the need for parents to monitor what their children watch and listen to.
