Last weekend, Magnum Tonic Wine energised Carder Park,Port Antonio, with a number of contestants from the recently concluded hit competition, Magnum Kings and Queens of the Dancehall.
Patronswere able to get up close and personal with the talented Press Fyah, Bumpa, Chozenn, Juggla and even last year's winner,PoorandBoasy.
All the contestants, particularly Chozenn, were a hit with the massive crowd; so were the lovely Magnum girls. Not to be outdone, Miss Kitty kept the crowd roaring with laughter and excitement.
The islandwide party series is part of the Magnum Long and Strong party series in celebration of its ongoing 10th anniversary.
Also part of the anniversary celebrations is the Money Long Magnum Strong campaign where two Magnum customers can each win $10,000 daily by purchasing Magnum with specially marked anniversary caps and submitting them to Irie FM along with their names and contact information. After winning, their pictures will be published in THE STAR.
Press Fyah, the newly crowned king whose correct name is Conroy Rennis, spoke in reference to his performances throughout the roadshows and said, "Fans can always look out for a great cultural set with uplifting music and jus' a positive performance from me. The name of my new single is Life So Dread and it will be out soon. It's going to be a great weekend wid nuff vibes from all the contestants."
Fans can join in the fun on Friday, July 23, as Magnum takes over The Building (formerly the Asylum) at Magnum Fresh Fridays with Press Fyah, Bumpa, Juggla and Mr Twidderrrr himself, the humorous Tanto Blacks.
