Were you in touch with Dudus on an ongoing basis during the time he fled Tivoli?
Were you are aware Mr. Coke was a fugitive from justice and any contact could be considered as aiding and abetting?
Were you aware of Mr’ Coke’s location at anytime while a fugitive from justice?
Did you visit him at anytime during this period?
How did you learn on June 22, 2010 that Mr. Coke wanted to turn himself in?
Did he contact you or were you contacted indirectly?
Were you advised of his location for pickup and where did you make actual pickup?
Was Mr. Coke with anyone when he was picked up? How was he dressed?
Once he was in your presence did he confirm his intentions? If yes, what were they?
What was your advice to him?
