TWO curfews have been imposed in sections of the St Catherine North police division beginning 4:00 am today until 4:00 am Friday.

During the hours of the curfews all persons within curfew boundaries are required to remain within their homes/premises unless authorised in writing by a member of the security forces, who is in charge of enforcing the curfew.

The boundaries of curfew number one which will be imposed in the Jones Avenue/Shelter Rock communities are:

NORTH

Along Greendale main road and Burke road between Michael Manley Drive and the Spanish Town Bridge.

SOUTH

Along Spanish Town By-Pass between the bridge at Rio Cobre and Michael Manley Drive.

EAST

Along Michael Manley Drive between Spanish Town By-Pass and Greendale main road.

WEST

From Spanish Town Bridge to the Spanish Town By-Pass running along the eastern bank of the Rio Cobre.

The boundaries of curfew number two which will be imposed in the Tawes Pen/Ellerslie Pen communities are:

NORTH

Along William Street and St Johns Road between the train line and Spanish Town By-Pass.

SOUTH

Along Windsor Road, Salt Island Road, Lower Oxford Road to the train line.

EAST

Train line between St Johns Road and lower Oxford Road.

WEST

Along Spanish Town By-Pass, Highway 2000 between St Johns Road and Windsor Road.
