i understand all of that  madest-1  but also it was the friend thing that brought down the site a lilttle ,but when comes to fixing & improving the site  that one is going to be a lilttle hard

Aiight me have it now.

1. GAMEPUN First and foremost....Pun deh for a long time....Him do alot fi Mediazone from dem time when him and certain music man dem ah deal.....Nuff music him post round ya and D man start a poem revolution weh take aff....Tru him deh inna D middle of certain passa passa some time.....But if ill-matic was a mod 3 times how come Pun nah get a try???
Dat kinda look a way still....You never know him might be one of d best mod and clean up certain ting round ya....Me even feel if him have one of dem role deh him woulda even keep certain ting him do contain cuh he will be under scrutiny....and further more him nuh do nutn bad is ongle good him do......and D bare fact dat so many ppl endorse him (including former mods who know what skills the job require) that should show dat him would be a right choice or even worth being given D chance.

2. its a tie on dat one....Me say either LJ or Kelia but not both of them....Reason me say either one is cuh dem ah really nice ppl....and the mod position kinda work on balance....You cyaan have too many nice ppl being mod else too much fuqery ah go gwan.....Smaddy affi ban and keep d order
KELIA: because she has an international influence pan zone....And well versed in another language and culture where can promote Media zone pan a different level.....She keep d chatbox nice sometime and always try keep d peace....Good qualities of a mod....Ongle ting me affi say against har is she no really deh long and certain ppl nah go like dat she get it so soon....which brings about my choice in:
LADYJ: what a ooman nice....Every time me come in me always pree how she greet everybady and keep d chatbox flowing...always online, and always engage some real positive vybez....when asked what can she do for Zone? me gwan say this: right now after all d fuqery dat ah gwan inna D chat room recently if unno nuh think a peacefull approach is not necesarry unno fool fool.....if this lady can mellow a gangsta like silence she is D right peacemaker fi d job....ongle ting me affi say is she need fi low d niceness some time and when too much is too much she need fi ban certain ppl.

3. HABLA RUPTION: contribute nuff to zone as far as keeping us up to date on news events....but it all comes down to what unno looking for.....whether unno looking fi contributors or unno lookinf for smaddy fi clean up d mess round ya.....If is contribution....Habla is a very good candidate


MYSELF: I was an admin/mod on GUA a big gaming forums....I have experience in PHPBB and IPB boards....was responsible for adding and updating skins and writing code both programming and scripting (still have da package somewhere) I am a computer science student now for almost 4 yrs with experience in some programming languages too.....Would like to be considered for modship in the future.....not right now because i am in a transition stage dealing with graduation and transferring credits after that to another school.....additionally I think i am overshadowed by those people mentioned above because they have done and can do alot for zone if they are trained to use the tools necessary for the job.

Separate and aside from that post i made above.....I must say even if unno nuh want fi bring up d real issues it still deh deh....Certain ting dat happen round ya with ppl hacking accounts....an d mods abusing their power should be taking into consideration even before choosing a new mod...unless it is to replace the old curruptd ones....thats like putting a plaster pon a gunshot wound and u never take out d bullet.
Rules and Regulations should be put in place to govern the mods as well as the admins....thats what we did on GUA....Realistic rules that will be enforced based on either a voting system or a via certain red-tape procedures....If unno cyaan handle tings liek that....no matter who u choose for modship....It will come in like unno just choose man fi big up dem chest cuh dem nuh really serve no outlined definite purpose....its like have a police officer without any laws or judicial system that encompasses that police officer's role and job description...so that if him cyaan uphold the law himself, him fi get punished by d same laws him enforce pan others.
