VYBZ KARTEL'S CLARKS SONG IN NYC CLARKS SHOE STORE....

SO AS I'M WALKING THROUGH NYC YESTERDAY, I COME ACROSS A CLARKS SHOE STORE IN MIDTOWN (AROUND 45TH STREET), AND I HEAR THEM BLASTING THIS TUNE OUTSIDE THE STORE. I'M NOT GONNA LIE, I HEARD THE SONG THOUSANDS OF TIMES BEFORE, BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN IT MADE ME WANNA GET A NEW PAIR OF CLARKS. I WAS SURPRISED BY THIS, CONSIDERING THERE WAS MAINLY WHITE PEOPLE IN THERE. SO IF THIS COMES FROM THE CLARKS COMPANY THEMSELVES, DOES KARTEL GET ROYALTY, FOR PUSHING THE PRODUCT?

It made you want to buy Clarks? You're the market the store was going for; easily manipulated.

He'll get the same amount Busta Rhymes did for "Pass The Courvoisier", nothing, unless there was a deal made before (unlikely) or Clarks decides to pay him something for the small increase in sales (also unlikely).

the only reason the song was playing in that store is because its NYC and they know yardie deh bout and will get ketch wid it....dat means you..........lol............
so is not like a national/international campaign spearheaded by kartel...therefore he gets nothing....

Trust me, i dont fall for di trend, but just being there amped me up...Ya know, it feels good to be in NYC, and hearing the tune, I blast in my ipod, amongst the whitey them. I know Kartel got him ways, and I disagree with alot of sh!t he does, but this track when I first heard it, seemed so random, but it works.
