UPDATE: NEW EVIDENCE SUGGESTS THAT RAPPER JAY FUTURISTIC WAS NEVER CHARGED WITH CHILD MOLESTATION!!

Yesterday, MediaTakeOut.com located documents on the official DeKalb County, Georgia website which showed that an Atlanta man with the same name and same birth day (but different year) as rapper J Futuristic was ACCUSED of child abuse. The same website, which is owned by the GOVERNMENT and publishes only official records, showed mugshots of the man - and he looked a lot like J Futuristic.

Well today, we received a copy of J Futuristic's driver's license, photo'd above, which shows that J Futuristic's birth date does not appear to be the same as the man charged with the crime.

We're really glad to hear that, cause we were HOPING and PRAYING that he ain't do nothing . . .
