it origenate in england but the factory move to some asian country they dont make clarks in england no more!!!!!!!!!!!mayde tiawan or the philippines !

England..but the most expensive clarks r made and originated in Switzerland..those clarks are very expensive..like 280 pounds or in the usa about 450 us...but the regular clarks in uk about 90 pounds depending on the design...and in use about 120 us go up..depends on the design...

im wearing clarks from 1989..i dont own a pair of sneakers either..


the vieham clarks r jus a market shift

In 1825 England, a man named Cyrus Clark decided to tan sheepskin rugs, and inadvertently set the wheels in motion for what is known as the world's #1 shoe brand, Clark Shoes. In 1830, Cyrus's brother James was to credit for creating the first sheepskin slippers using Cyrus's tanned sheepskin. With the purchase of the newly invented Singer Sewing machine in 1856, the brothers were able to ease the assembly of their sheepskin slippers for their consumers, and production began to thrive.
