The Manchester police are seeking the public's help to locate one of its most wanted men.

Kevin Anthony Brown, aka 'Chi-Chani' is wanted for absconding bail and other crimes. Brown 'jumped' bail after facing the Manchester Circuit Court on charges of shooting with intent and illegal possession of a firearm. He is also wanted for rape and several counts of robbery with aggravation.

'Chi-Chani', 35, is of dark complexion, slim build, and approximately five feet nine-inches tall. He now sports a low-cut hairstyle.

Brown frequents Saw Mill district, Silent Hill and Royal Flat in Manchester. He is known to visit Fairfield Road in Spanish Town and locations in St Mary.

People with information on Brown's whereabouts or which may lead to his arrest, are asked to contact the Manchester police at 962-6614 or Police Control at 119.
