1) i doubt that these numbers are correct. 2) did it ever occur to u, that nearly all regions, which are mainly at risk for earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis etc, are populated by "darker skin folks". plus most "white people countries" have way more money > architecture, infrastructure etc is at a higher standart, which makes it more resistable (well on the other hand more vulnerable lol) against natural disasters.
but luckily we have the united states to blame everything on!
