New York police arrested Frances Jasmin, charging her with leaving the scene of an accident. The two victims, Erinn Phelan and Alma Guerrero, were hit the morning of February 21. Phelan is an aide to Mayor lahmberg and in critical condition. __________________ I AM THE I AM MEMBA DAT !!!!!!!
