CLACKAMAS, Ore. (AP) - Is the middle finger protected by the Constitution? That's what an Oregon man is asking a federal court. Robert Ekas claims his rights were violated for flipping-off Clackamas County deputies. The lawsuit charges he was given traffic tickets after raising his middle finger to a deputy while driving. Those tickets were later dismissed. A month later, Ekas says he flipped the bird to another deputy and was detained but not ticketed. Ekas charges he's being ha****ed. An attorney for the county is declining to comment on the lawsuit.
