Kartel is exected to perform on January 29 but according to a report on Dominica News Online that might not happen.


Quoting from the short article, "reliable sources have informed Dominica News Online that Kartel will not be performing because ofpersonal reasons beyond his control.


The sources say the show may be postponed or canceled but the public will be kept up to date of any developments."


Comments under the article indicate that many are not surprised by this move.
