Move over Jay-Z and Rihanna, theres a new prodigy in the making! Rapper 50 Cent has pledged to help British singer Jamelia crack the US market by signing her up to his record label.

After meeting at the premiere of his new movie Dead Man Running last October, 50 Cent was so smitten by the singer that he has taken her under his wing. He thinks she is sexy, talented and has the right personality and talent to be huge in America, says a source. He wants to make her the new first lady of G-Unit, as it has no female artists.

Jamelia has already been busy in the US, working on hew new album.
