well linkz ur right in certin parts. however everyone should be given a fair chance of the chatbox so i dnt think thats something that will actually be done, but persons who has been banned from the site are banned by IP, so if they got time on their hands to find other measures and ways tht are out there to go around this and end up successful for now which i can say by next year will be a total dissapointment for them im sure they either has to be playing a diff personality because once sighted by a mod or admin the whole process for them is repeated. but this issue will soon be a thing of the past tho
