People fail to realize that cosmetic surgery is still surgery. All the risks that come from medical surgery still applies when your going under the knife to enhance your appearance.

It happened to Kanye's mother, and now it happened to the beautiful ex Argentina pageant winner.

37 year old Solange Magnano suffered a pulmonary embolism after going for a gluteoplasty, butt implants.

Liquid that was injected in her buttocks ended up in her lungs and brain a day after the surgery. The cause of death is apparently still under investigation.

She leaves behind her husband, 7 year old twins, and a modeling agency that she started after winning the crown back in 1994.
