Following the double shooting incidents in Armour Heights, Upper St. Andrew and Cassava Piece that has left popular sound system selector Foota Hype'smother Doreen fearing for her life andMavado's sport utility Range Rover without a rear windscreen after it was sprayed with bullets, the Alliance singjay has finally broken his silence.

Mavado whose real name is David Brooks said he can't say the devious act was carried out by his former friend Foota Hype as no one saw him so it would be unfair to state otherwise. However Mavado says the utterances he makes in the public arena does leaves a lot to the imagination.

However Foota Hype whose real name is O'Neil Thomas has fired back stating that though Mavado sings about being 'Blessed' and 'Money Don't Change We' he is the farthest thing from a Saint and people should be weary because his music is realer than him.
