Have previous forum/discussion moderating experiencealthough not a must, experience with Sparklit forums is an asset.

yes pon many web page , since im 13 years im created my first site web ( pon di pokemon ting ... oldiest ) ... and pon many games forum ...

Have been regular on the boardand participates in both chat as well as to the actual forums for at least three months..

yes always alldays !!! i have CABLE DSL and i always online days and night 7/7 24/24 ... so ok !

Have some understanding of the Jamaican/Caribbean culture

lool yes i have multi knowledge more in history ( 18/20 at school ) black culture and other i know , i leave in french guiana , in south america continent , amazonian side .... no more cultcha than mi lool ... limit in the forest and many tribute ... from world and caraib island !

Be familiar with the dancehall/reggae culture..
