Lewis was brought back into the courtroom by the police who told the judge that Lewis had tried to kiss the complainant in the car park. Lady Marsha was also brought back before the court and told the judge that Lewis had attacked her and was telling her to put a story in the newspaper that the two were getting back together. Lewis reportedly denied the allegations and told the judge that he was only playing with her and had jokingly asked her if she would marry him.

The judge was not amused and asked the investigating officer to take Lewis to the prisoner holding area so that he could see that court was not a play pen.
