Help requested to prosecute St James' most-wanted man
A man dubbed 'St James' most wanted' was held by the police earlier this week.
Shane Chennie, wanted for several murders committed over the past three years, was finally held during a police operation after continuously evading the police.
Investigators say Chennie has been fingered for several murders which occurred in the last two months.
Chennie is expected to face a number of identification parades. Head of the St James Police Superintendent Maurice Robinson, is asking residents for their assistance.
"We are asking anyone who can come forward with information to assist us in our investigations to do so. We are now in the process of case preparation, so every bit of information is vital," Superintendent Robinson said.
