A psychiatric evaluation report is to be presented to the court today (Wednesday, June 3, 2009) on 21-year-old Stephen Fray the man who attempted to hijack a Canadian plane at the Sangster International Airport in April.
Mr. Fray is also expected in court Wednesday.
During his last appearance on May 18, the case was postponed as the report which was ordered by the judge had not been completed.
On Sunday April 19, Mr. Fray evaded security at Sangster International and entered a Canjet plane with a gun.
He eventually released the passengers, but held the flight crew hostage for more than eight hours before a special military team stormed the aircraft and arrested him.
