to me the mods are doin a great job we all need to remeber that the mods are normal ppl like us other members,they have feelins as well,they make mistakes as every1 else, all we have to do if u dnt like how a mod is treating u respond positivly,,remember ppl this is the internet it is for wevery 1,we just ned to enjoy MZJA and the benifits it gives us,mek wi jus live and let live

What I find easiest is to argue the content of the post, and not argue with the poster.  This looks like a diverse group, and with different values, lifestyles, and morals...instead of judging the poster, about their character, challenge their belief of what is posted, and agrue the content, and together the banter of posts about topic will provide insight as to the paths we all have travel....with greater respect.

I am not sure if everyone is trying to tell people what to do, I think many people are telling others what they do, how they do it, and why they do it....to satisfy their ego.  If it is heard or listened to be the receiver as anything else, the receiver has an issue, much like the storyline in the Trina, Kobe thread.  Kobe's wife is insecure about her relationship and hears or listens to statements differently.

That is the way we all should live our life's, secure enough to know that we are responsible and accountable to only ourselves, with having said that, this Board is a commercial entity, which has the right to be selective in who they choose to service by allowing access to the board.  They can conduct good or bad business practices, which ever they decide, will be their own fate.  But in doing so I believe they will want to appease to the majority and continue to prosper.  

What I seen happening is a process that needs correcting, due to success, the mods more than likly are all doing their best, some might not have the skills and need to be supplied the tools to keep up, with the mods, and the diversity and intelligence of the posters (lol)

I agree that the Internet is taken too seriously, if you like to live in fantasy,  the website Second Life has all those capabilities and more.

From the 6-7 months I been on the Zone, I see the Zone as dynamic, always shifting and always different.  That is the way it should be, a banter of topics of like minded and different thought, which I like, but to be a poster always under scrutiny for your independent thoughts and idealism, should not causes alarm or ridicule from other posters.  Board guidelines should be acted upon by those that have been given the power to do so.

Last thought I have which agrees some what with Shottess, is that those of us that use this site for "getting a life", are not actually using the site, but the Internet in general.  Whether it be the Zone or another similar site, there are many individuals who are addicted to the Internet.  Internet addiction is a social disease.

What very little I know about BB and the Internet, individual post count is meaningless to the individual, unless the BB enumerates the poster with some compensation.

BB, as very similar to blogs, and the more posters post collectively "words" and in this case the Board Posting rules says "any language" with English translation, the Internet "bots" will pick up and the board, and will rated the board at a higher level in SEO.

With the Posting rules saying any language leaves me to believe this board whats to draw traffic on a global scale vs. regional,  i.e. if you looking for German websites you need to search google or yahoo, using German words.

If someone has a better way to explain this please clarify my post.
