Reggae singer Alaine has found herself on the wrong side of the law as she was recently slapped with a $1.3 Million fined for breaching Customs' Act.

OutAroad.comgets to understand that Alaine imported a 2007 damaged BMW motor car which was declared at a value of US$8,915.

However, the Customs Department decided to carried out their own investigations and found out that the vehicle was understated. Even though the singer has stated that she was not involved, she might still has to pay the fine as the shipping documents are in her name.
