I gotta agree with kemali (thanks for the post).

(WARNING: Opinion may be due to pregnancy horror-mones!!!)

"Some" people are pretty harsh to newbies (no names but you know who ya are!), but don't get me wrong on what side I'm on cause I do understand why, it's society but it's not always cool to stand around and condone the behaviour by letting it continue. 

The question was How can we improve MZJA?  Well you got an answer.......like it or not, deal wit it.

Dissin' the newbies IS a problem and the people who are doing it, keep doing it, and do not get banned or reprimanded.

It doesn't sound fair, but that's the way it goes here apparently .... but I do think ADMIN's shouldn't condone the behaviour either and should speak with those haters for their harshness.

Regardless how it turns out... break the cycle and don't do it yourself.
