Mavado's So Special to finally air on 106 & Park?

BET seems to have changed their mind yet again about airing
dancehall superstar, Mavado's video for 'So Special'  on their 106 and
Park show. It's reportedly confirmed that the video is to air as the
'New Joint Of The Week'. But when can fans look out for the video to
FINALLY air on the show? or is this another incident of raising
expectations to have last minute withdraws as was previously done?

The video is set to air on Tuesday, March 3rd.

"In some ways the timing worked out even better!" said manager Julian Jones-Griffith. "Mavado's album Mr Brooks- A Better Tomorrowis released on March 3rd, the same day the video will air, so hopefully it will give it that extra push."

BET pulled the So Special video after greatly advertising it's airing,
disappointing many fans but after much back and forth and re-editing the video has now been accepted by BET execs.

Mavado will also be on BET for his performance on Rip The Runway to be aired Monday at 9pm

Mavado's So Special For 106 & Park Again!!!! - Decision Overturned

BET have reversed their last minute decision to pull the airing of Mavado's "So Special" video from its flagship 106 & Park show, and have now confirmed they will be airing the video as "New Joint of the Week" this coming Tuesday, March 3rd.

"In some ways the timing worked out even better!" said manager Julian Jones-Griffith. "Mavado's album Mr Brooks - A Better Tomorrow is released on March 3rd, the same day the video will air, so hopefully it will give it that extra push."

BET's decision to pull the So Special video after advertising it's airing irked fans around the world, many of whom skipped work early and cancelled appointments to tune into the show, only to be disappointed.

After much back and forth and re-editing the video has now been accepted by the top bra** at BET and passed for inclusion in Tuesday's 106 & Park.

a lot of ppl in tha U.S is pushin movado .. everybody is sayin they love tha ablum but we in tha islands is not feel it becuz it hav on a lot of songs we know {mzja is not feel it becuz we know & hav all dem old songs lol} ,

but in tha U.s thats what they went to hear becuz sean paul second was full of old school tha same way to mi but U.s love it & if tha U.S love u , U WILL SELL SELL SELL SELL
