clash is not all about lyrics....check out the clashes from back then coming up....and last year kartels performance was below good, the people were standing up on him, movado got best perfromance for that nite.....i guess in the end kartels lyrics wasnt that much crowd pleasing.....perfomance is wat gets the forward, delivery is a next thing, interaction is wat gets the crowd to give you a good response....y is it ninjaman has been so dominating in all of his sting performance....and him nuh lyrical a ra w se.....look at that

A tru yuh a talk innuh pun,i hav been emphasing d same thing,frm god knos wen on this site,saying its not about lyrics make u a good artist and i've been challenged of making dat statement already...Any artist can b lyrical,but d most important thing is 2 connect wit d fans on a emotional level and thats wat buju,bounty,ninja,beenie and even shabba had able 2 do..And that cement them as d best artist 2 hit d dancehall scene...And thats d road mavado is travelling now..Even kartel himself confess ts not about lyrics wen he was interviewed by d star..and also wen he was inteviewed on onstage  leading up 2 sting he said that,"Hes not afraid 2 lose"...And thats wat i respected about him,but he also said, "u hav ppl who makes bias boos and bias forwards".....Overall i think he is d 1 who is quite prepared,thats i choose him 2 win d clash..
