A 21-year-old mother, being held on suspicion of murdering her baby and toddler has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act. The bodies of Romario Mullings-Sewell, two, and his brother Delayno, three months, were discovered at a property in the Cheetham Hill area of Manchester just before 6pm on Wednesday. Officers were alerted to the grim find at the house in Kilmington Drive after reports of "concern for welfare" were made. The Manchester Evening News reported that the children received fatal stab wounds to the chest, but a spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said he was "unable to confirm or deny the reports".
