Been there done that, and what I discovered after having sex with a "John Henry" for the first time, I was mentally freaked, so I had to overcome my expectations of pain so I could relax.

I also needed to be sure I was well lubricated so I lengthen the about of foreplay, or used lubricant. Now for the act, I would mount him and straddle him going slow and using circle and back and forth motion, and occasionally up and down going deeper until I felt pain, and the backed off for a little. Then I would stay at that level for the entire act, with him always wanting more he would try to get deeper by pulling me down, and I would lean backwards placing my hands on his thighs or one on a thigh and the other on the stomach. Then later on I learn to let him do all the work by letting him try to drive his hips into me which would tire him in 20 minutes so I could easily comfortable go back and straddle him without worry.

We would switch to other positions, and in missionary I would not raise my legs to place them on his shoulders or allow him to pin them to the bed and definitely no pillow under by butt, I would wrap them around him, and keep my thighs close together to control his penetration. In the other back position, I would always keep my shoulders higher than my butt controlling penetration.

And then every once and a while I would let him have his way and let him know not to stop until he was satisfied, and just hold on and endure the pain.

BS. Guys please be more sensitive, being together and being intimate is and will always be (IMO) for the pleasure of both sexes, and it needs to be enjoyable, for it to be sustainable.
