It appears that another Caribbean country is catching up to the ongoing trend of putting Jamaican dancehall acts under the microscope for their lyrical contents.

On October 31st, dancehall bad boy David Constantine more popularly known as Mavado was denied entry into the Bahamas and sent home by the authorities.

876radio.com understand that the authorities were concerned with the gangster's message that he was enroute to spread to the masses at the Millennium Countdown being promoted by Down Sound Promotions.

According to airport personnel it was based on these observations that Mavado was denied entry into the country when he landed at the Nassau International Airport on Friday.
