if i am judging on the base of straight lyricism, i have to give it to kartel, because he says the kraziest shit! Bounty is also a wicked lyricist. Elephant man and Buju are up there 2 because they have sick styles, lyrics, and sick voices, but Performance wise i gotta give it to Beenie man. (from this list.) Ninja, Yellowman, Cat, Shabba, and Shaggy, are more foundation artist, because they paved the way, so i cant really compare them.

Where is Sizzla, Aidonia, Capleton, Busy? nuff more Dj did left outta this vote enuh!
