Residents of Kew Lane, Kingston 13, are now crying foul following the attack of two teenagers in their community on Monday.
Sixteen-year-old Phillip Orr was shot dead, while his 17-year-old friend is now nursing gunshot wounds after the deadly attack.
Reports from the police are that both youths were sitting by the roadside when they were approached by four armed men who opened fire before escaping.
They were hit and taken to the hospital where Phillip died while undergoing treatment.
Residents say the attack has now left them in fear.
