A HEARTLESS father has refused to give a *lo** sample that could be the key to turning around his disabled daughters life.
Michael Emerson left little Lili-Sue and her mum Sophie Daws when their child was six months old.
Now seven, she suffers a range of conditions which may be caused by a faulty chromosome.
But Sophie, of Croydon, South London, said: "They cant do anything or look into it or help her without both my and Michaels *lo** samples. But hes not doing anything. No one can help her until he gives *lo**."
Lili-Sue has epilepsy, poor muscle tone, a mouth palsy that prevents her from eating properly and learning disabilities.
The Sun tracked down security guard Emerson, 30, in Bristol.
He said: "I went to the doctor and they told me a *lo** test wouldnt help."
