Oniel Simms who appeared before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Friday pleaded guilty to charges of possession of, dealing in and taking steps to export cocaine.
Allegations are that Simms who is from Clarendon boarded a flight to Panama when his luggage was checked and three bottles of apple juice were found with cocaine.
When RM Glen Brown asked Simms where did he get the cocaine, he stated, "Your honour I saw two guys running in the airport and they dropped a bag and I took up the bag and I found the three bottles of apple juice."
RM Glen Brown told Simms that, "The Court of Appeal says I have to listen to the stupidness you are now saying so I will listen then sentence you."
