Lil Wayne is in real trouble. Media Take Out.com told you a few days ago that people close to him are trying to convince him to enter a drug rehab facility. Despite recent reports to the contrary, Wayne has not yet entered any treatment facility.

And over the weekend, Lil Wayne nearly lost it - and he threatened DJ Khaled.

It all happened on the set of the video for DJ Khaled's new song We Out Here Grinding. An insider explained to MediaTakeOut.com, "He was supposed to show up at the video shoot - but he didn't. Everyone was wondering where he was - so Khaled called him up and told him that if he get to the video shoot - they were going to use a body double to play [Lil Wayne]."

But Lil Wayne reportedly didn't find it funny at all. The insider told MediaTakeOut.com, "Wayne told Khaled that if he tried that then he'd take it to the streets next time they saw each other - and he was serious. Dude is going nuts."
