I dont think thats a problem. Ex can be friends and have each other pics and thats simply all its about. so i would trust my partner to have the pic there, i doubt if he'd be staring at it everyday or even remember its there. Whether or not it was there before he met me, or even after he met me, trust and communication will evidently prevail over a mere pic
