Fresh off the success of his still soaring "On The Rock Remix" which featured Hip Hop Mogul Jay Z, Dancehall deejay Mavado is yet again making headlines for another remix, this time using his gully depiction testimony "Don't Worry" which has been heating up the local airwaves and making it into an even bigger record by collaborating with Dancehall Icon Shabba Ranks.
The remix which surfaced this week on a popular dancehall website by all accounts is a classic anthem which makes reference to a number of Jamaica's most popular garrison communities namely Waterhouse, Riverton, Seaview Gardens, Compound and Cock-burn Pen among others.
The remix which still bears the Daseca produced riddim is already being hailed as a great c****ination of Dancehall past and present, a symbolic look at how the music continues to evolve.
Mavado who is said to be busy working on his Sophomore Album was recently recognized by the world renowned print publication Rolling Stone Magazine as the Best Reggae Artiste since Bob Marley and Peter Tosh.
