Firstly let me apologize for my late response, as I had to thoroughly c**** through this particular situation as one of the party involved refused to give any information so that it could be resolved quicker. After careful observation, I have gathered the understanding on this matter and my findings and solutions are below.


1. The miscommunication about playing and the password for the radio:
According to "RiddimDaddy" he didnt have the password in order to play on the radio, but, I am assuming, that "Headz" did not realise this, and plus, was in no position to give out the password. After gathering the password from two fellow MZJA DJ's, "RiddimDaddy" was about to play but "Headz" was already on. "Headz" being clueless about "RiddimDaddy" actually wanting to play from 11:30am, thought that he was being fight against as soon as he went on the radio, as there was previously dead air on the radio.

Results: I am assuming, no one took the time to properly explained the situation to Headz. I am
guessing that if "Headz" had gathered the proper understanding of the situation, he would have
given "RiddimDaddy" the chance to play on the radio within that period. Please note that we all
arent mind readers, and if information is presented properly, a solution can be reached quickly.


2.Issue of paying for play"
"RiddimDaddy" made a general comment, maybe through anger, that he will discontinue from paying for the radio, as other DJ's who are playing arent necessarily footing the bills. However, due to the previous argument between himself and "Headz", "Headz" assumed that the statement was made towards him and as such made the decision to stop playing on the radio.

Results: This is a case of assumption and quick retaliation without proper communication. This matter could have been prevented if issue one was dealt with properly.


3. Name-calling/Insults
It would have been nice if we all could express ourselves better without the insults of others' family member body parts. Both party used indecent language at each other that added more fuel to the fire. All i can say on this matter is for us to try to express ourselves without hurtful words and it will aid in better communication while reducing the frequency of arguments.


3.Scheduling
A schedule would have aided in the smooth flowing of the radio and "JamaicaBwoy" have been working on a schedule and will hopefully be finished soon. To all the current and prospective MZJA DJ's please contact "JamaicaBwoy" with the days and time that you will to available to entertainment the members of Mediazoneja.com via the radio.

Overall, we all have financial woes, and not everyone who is willing to dedicate their time and effort to play, can actually afford to pay. The radio does cost, and it would have been really nice if all who played on it, could actually assist with the funding and not only the few who continue to do so (Bless your hearts). No one knows exactly who is and who is not paying for the running of the radio. Members have made generous donations to the radio fund and have not even touched the radio once. Let this monetary issue not take away from the lovely entertainment that wall get from listening to the radio as each and everyone is dedicating some effort to play, pay, listen or all of the above.
