April 24, 2008. If you were gearing up to see the R Kelly trial starting May 9th, you may be out of luck. MediaTakeOut.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that R Kelly and his legal team are "seriously considering" accepting a plea deal offered by the prosecution.

And MediaTakeOut.com has discovered that the offer is extremely generous. According to a person familiar with the details of the offer- the plea would include NO JAIL TIME. The insider told MediaTakeout.com, "R Kelly would have to do community service and [he'd] be on probation for an extended period of time."
