Tupac is d better singer and rapper,poet etc..Not to mention lyrics!!Yow d man is a genious!Biggie is a great rapper 2,but hes more of a clubanger artist...

okay first off ..... they weren't singers they were rappers ..... and 2 pac better although i rate them both
