The Game seems to have had it with the world, and has broken down.
In an interview for the cover of XXLs June issue, the Compton rapper revealed that hes not very happy right now, and isnt sure if he can continue making music, which would explain why hes said this upcoming album, Los Angeles Times (LAX), may be his last.
Just days before turning himself in to serve a 60-day jail sentence for a gun charge, which later turned out to be just eight days, Game expresses his unhappiness with life.
"My life is f***ed up right now," he told the magazine. "Im in a f***ed up place. My fans love me, and I know what they want but in a minute, Im not gonna be physically capable of pleasing the world with music. Because my mind isnt right. People are driving me under Gods good earth."
Its no secret that during Games career, theres been turmoil, but we didnt expect this. Later in the interview, he revealed suicidal thoughts.
"Sometimes I wanna be at peace so bad that I wish myself off of the earth," Game said.
According to AOLs The Bo****ox, the XXL ends with Game breaking down into tears. The tears arent just for his present struggles, but also for hip-hop, he says.
"The tears coming from my left eye are from my sh** that Im dealing with in my life, and the tears down my right cheek are tears for hip-hop," the rapper told the mag.
The entire interview came be read in the June issue of XXL.
Whether or not Games third album will be his last remains to be seen, but until then, at least fans will get one more body of work from the Compton rapper.
Los Angeles Times (LAX) has been officially set for release for June 24. Game promises that it will be a "highly controversial album."
