All system are set to "GO" for the 'Vybz Rum Party' tomorrow night (April 11th) at Weekendz. The event which is billed as the official launch party for Vybz Kartel's Vybz Rum promises to be a sure crowd pleaser and 876radio will be in the house.

According to a member of the deejay's team, one of the main attraction of the night will be the endless supply of FREE Vybz Rum and Pimp Juice mixes all night. This will come at a minimal cost to patrons through admission. However the ladies won't have to dig very deep with only $300 Jamaican dollars while the men have to find J$1000 to enjoy this splendid event.

The night will also feature some live performances from the likes of the Emperor himself alongside members of his Portmore Empire clan plus a cadre of other artiste.

For all the avid drinker and enthusiast, Vybz Rum will be produced in two distinct types: a white rum and a red rum. The white rum is triple distilled and the red rum will be a five years aged product. The product will be available islandwide in a limited quantity, and made available in the UK, US and the rest of the Caribbean on a phased basis. Each bottle will be hand numbered for quality control and accounting purposes.
