Portmore Empire deejay Deva Bratt is expected to head to court this Thursday where his lawyers are expected to make a bail application on his behalf. The deejay, who is charged with carnal abuse among a battery of charges, is expected to perform at this weeks Congress Friday bash in Portmore.
