Moses Davis a.k.a Beenie Man appeared in court this morning to answer tax charges brought against him last year with every intention to fight the case. The case was this morning set to go on trial on April 29, 2008.

According to his lawyer, Roderick Gordon, Beenie Man maintains that he does not owe the government any income tax.

According to information reaching One876Entertainment.com Tax representatives said Mr. Davis had made no further attempts since his appearance in court in December last year to settle the J$47 million tax debt.
