After seeing that link about urbanmyth/legend i had to chek out this "About.com" site

i reviewed there Mission, Views, Ethics Policy Extensively.
these were my findings:

About.com works to exceed our users' highest expectations. Each of our Guides makes the following promises to our audience:

1. We'll provide you with accurate, engaging content. Like a friendly neighbor, we'll give you frank advice that you can trust.
Who is this "Frank" that they speak so highly of ?

2. We'll save you time. Our advice and tips will help you make a decision, answer a question, or take an action.
Time Cannot be saved this is not money in a bank!

3. We'll help you get to the point. We won't make you dig through a haystack to find the needle. this is true however the site is more like a Maze ppl

4. We'll NEVER let money influence the message. You may find advertising and contextual ecommerce links around our content, but our message is NOT for sale. Each of our Guides complies with our conflict-of-interest policy.
they also say "Review Items: Guides return all review or demo items with a value exceeding $25."
Clearly u can see that they are contradicting themselves!

5. We'll speak your language. About.com is a friend to beginner and expert alike. We'll make it easy to learn the basics of any topic we cover and we won't confuse you with unnecessary jargon. Typical Sales-man talk, trying to sell a product.

6. We'll make our content easy to read. You won't go blind staring at the computer monitor on About.com. Our content is succinct, digestible, and entertaining.
keyword "Entertaining" clearly this is about giving something to make u feel good, its all fun to them.

To Conclude my Research/report u can see for urself About.com is not a site u can trust. Now for u brave females out there dont make ur male counter parts suffer to live wit 1 or  1 and 1/2 breast. Drink cum as if its a Suppliment
