Africa is said to be a place full of various mineral resources which are needed all over the world. Yet, every day we see and hear, via the media, of Africans maiming and killing each other with guns which they don't make. This leaves to wonder if this maiming and killing is a black thing or there is some anti-black force agitating such actions.

I am trying to paint a picture equating Jamaica with Africa because Jamaica is a tropical island with few minerals. It is inhabited by black people in the majority and I see and hear the Negroes killing and maiming themselves just the same way as our kindred in Africa, using guns we, too, don't make.

It's bleeding my heart thinking I am marked for death at the hands of another black brother or sister for just being me
