A BARMAID has revealed how jealous Mark Dixie burned her arm and left her scarred for life.


Maya Ignatova, 24, fell for him when they worked together at a pub.

But she soon discovered that the chef had a sinister streak when he became insanely jealous. When he thought she was seeing another man, furious Dixie grabbed terrified Maya and held her arm on a red-hot griddle at Ye Olde Six Bells pub in Horley, Surrey.

She is permanently scarred. Maya said: Mark couldnt bear me talking or even looking at another man. His mood changed and became really dark and ugly.

Bulgarian Maya added: When the police questioned me, one of them said, You are one of the lucky ones. Now I know what he meant
